Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy AI Workflow and Automation Lead for development, implementation, and growth of AI solutions across our organization. This role combines technical expertise, digital strategy, and innovation leadership.

The ideal candidate is a coder, understands AI platforms (especially for video and content workflows), can modify websites, and has the vision to integrate AI systems that enhance efficiency, creativity, and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI & Automation: Evaluate, select, and implement AI platforms and tools (e.g., video editing, workflow automation, analytics).
  • Website & Digital Management: Maintain and optimize websites, integrate AI-driven features, and ensure smooth digital operations.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Develop and execute an AI and digital transformation roadmap to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Training & Adoption: Train staff on AI tools, best practices, and digital workflows.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track AI initiatives, measure impact, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams to identify opportunities for AI and technology integration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in coding (Python, JavaScript, or relevant languages).
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, especially video editing and content automation.
  • Strong understanding of web development, CMS, and digital tools.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Scope of Work Outline

    • Identify AI solutions for internal workflows and content production.
    • Integrate AI tools into video editing, marketing, and operational processes.
  2. Website & Digital Platform Management
    • Update, maintain, and optimize websites.
    • Implement AI features to improve user experience and content delivery.
  3. Digital Strategy & Roadmap
    • Plan AI and technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate emerging AI trends and recommend adoption.
  4. Staff Training & Support
    • Train employees on AI tools and best practices.
    • Ensure smooth adoption across teams.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track effectiveness of AI systems and digital initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
