Al-Furqaan Foundation

For non-Muslims asking questions about Islam.

TeleIslam is a welcoming service for non-Muslims who want to learn about Islam, ask sincere questions, clear misconceptions, or explore The Quran and the message of Islam in a respectful setting.

Through TeleIslam, visitors can connect with knowledgeable guides from around the world by text, audio, or video. These guides are not necessarily formal scholars; they are trained or experienced individuals who are active in Islamic outreach and able to explain Islam clearly, respectfully, and without pressure.

When a live guide is available in the user’s selected language, the platform connects the user to that guide. If no guide is available, Furqaan AI can provide a basic response and allow the user to leave a message so a guide may follow up later.

Sub-services

A simple way for non-Muslims to ask questions about Islamic beliefs, worship, The Quran, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Muslim life, or common misconceptions.

Real-time conversations by text, audio, or video with knowledgeable guides who explain Islam clearly, respectfully, and without pressure.

Focused support for questions about common misunderstandings related to Islam, Muslims, women in Islam, Shariah, The Quran, and media portrayals.

A pathway for interested visitors to request a Quran or recommended Islamic reading materials to continue their learning.

Help for interested individuals who want to connect with local mosques, open houses, community events, or Muslims in their area.

Support for those considering accepting Islam, including final questions, gentle guidance, and connection to next-step support through TeleRevert.

During a live TeleIslam conversation, a guide may invite an available senior guide into the session when additional experience or support is helpful.

For new Muslims beginning their journey after shahadah.

TeleRevert supports new Muslims after accepting Islam. It provides structured guidance, personal support, and step-by-step learning so that new Muslims are not left alone after shahadah.

The service connects new Muslims with guides, mentors, and experienced supporters through text, audio, or video. These guides may include other reverts, trained mentors, or knowledgeable Muslims who understand the practical and emotional journey of becoming Muslim.

Like TeleIslam, TeleRevert is designed as a free global support service. If a live guide is available in the user’s selected language, the user can connect directly. If a guide is not available, Furqaan AI can provide basic support and allow the user to leave a message for follow-up.

Sub-services

Step-by-step support for learning wudu, salah, prayer times, basic recitations, prayer movements, and gradual memorization.

Help connecting new Muslims with local mosques, classes, Muslim families, sisters’ groups, brothers’ groups, and safe community spaces.

During a live TeleRevert conversation, a guide may invite an available senior guide into the session when the new Muslim needs additional support or experience.

For Muslims seeking Islamic guidance and practical clarification.

Users can review provider profiles, areas of expertise, languages, availability, and session options before booking. Sessions may take place through text, audio, or video depending on the provider’s offering and the user’s preference.

TeleImam is designed for people who need access to trusted Islamic guidance but may not know whom to ask, may feel uncomfortable asking in person, or need support outside regular masjid access.
