Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and deliver high‑quality visual assets for campaigns, publications, social media, events, and brand initiatives.
Ideate content and creative directions based on project goals, audience insights, and organizational priorities.
Use AI‑powered creative platforms (e.g., image generation, layout assistance, automation tools) to enhance workflow and output quality.
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Take ownership of creative decisions and proactively propose new ideas, formats, and design approaches.
Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and best practices to keep the Foundation’s creative presence fresh and modern.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, nonprofit, or mission‑driven environment.
Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), more basic design softwares and tools, and strong familiarity with AI‑enhanced design tools.
(You must, though, have the judgment to choose the right software for the right task — whether that means using Figma for structured layouts, Adobe for high‑fidelity creative, Canva for quick production, or AI tools for ideation and acceleration. Efficiency matters, but never at the expense of quality.)
